Indian employee resigned from his job due to the lack afford a sense of guilt caused by draw paid higher than its peers , which decided to look for another job make him feel equal with the rest of the people,
He pointed out that « Sandeep Jia » , aged 32 years, working in the field of computer programming in a private company in « Bangalore » Indian , and receive a salary equivalent to 450 euros per month , an amount that is one of the high wages in India, with a population of over one billion and 200 million people.
The haunted ' Sandeep ' sense of dissatisfaction throughout the period of his work, especially when he compares his salary with the wages received by workers in the city where most of the population lives below the poverty line , he asked several times from his superiors at work to reduce his salary to no avail so decided to resign
