1. Bill Gates : 61,3 milliards de dollars
Microsoft n'est désormais plus le vecteur principal de sa richesse. Parti en 2008, Bill gates ne possède plus que 6 % des parts de société. Il doit désormais son statut à Cascade Investment, sa société d'investissement.

2. Larry Ellison : 37,9 milliards de dollars

L'homme est à la tête de Oracle, numéro trois mondial des logiciels. Avec 22,5 % des parts de la société, il complète sa fortune d'autres sources, notamment d'investissements dans l'immobilier.

3. Mark Zuckerberg : 21 milliards de dollars
La fortune du créateur de Facebook pourrait encore grimper en flèche avec l'arrivée en bourse cette année du réseau social.

4. Larry Page : 18,7 milliards de dollars
Larry Page est le co-fondateur de Google. Sa fortune a chuté de 4,7 % sur un an.

5. Sergey Brin : 18,7 milliards de dollars
L'autre co-fondateur de Google, qui a vu lui aussi sa fortune s'amenuiser de la même façon que Larry Page.

6. Azim Premji : 18,5 milliards de dollars
Cet Indien est le co-fondateur de la SSII indienne Wipro qui emploie plus de 100 000 salariés et dont le chiffre d'affaires dépasse 7,2 milliards de dollars.

7. Jeff Bezos : 17,2 milliards de dollars
L'homme à la tête de Amazon voit sa fortune s'épaissir un peu plus cette année avec une hausse de 4,7 %. Pour rappel, Amazon est numéro 1 du commerce en ligne avec 64 milliards de dollars de chiffre d'affaires.

8. Steve Ballmer : 15,3 milliards de dollars
L'actuel PDG de Microsoft a encore du chemin à faire avant d'égaler son prédécesseur. Son patrimoine est en bonne voie, puisqu'en hausse de 16,6% sur un an.

9. Michael Dell : 14,9 milliards de dollars
A la tête d'un des plus grands groupes informatiques, Michael Dell sait investir aussi dans d'autres industries.

10. Paul Allen : 14,8 milliards de dollars
Co-fondateur de Microsoft, l'homme a quitté la société en 1993 et voit encore sa fortune s'accroitre de 4,7 % sur un an. Une augmentation liée à ses investissement dans l'univers des loisirs, l'immobilier ou les fonds d'investissements notamment.
