Of course the German company rich from definition !! As the Germans are known to be masters of diesel engine technology
And the latter has pioneered the highly successful TDi system
Thus, other competing companies sought their own names to distinguish the technology adopted by them
And with a purely marketing objective (as is known: vague advertising is popular) !!
